Most Spanish olive oil comes from the industrial super-groves of Jaen, harvested by machines. We do things differently. We source exclusively from the rugged fields & hills of Malaga, working with independent families who have tended their groves for generations. These trees have room to grow, meaning they must be harvested by hand. It’s harder work, but you can taste the love in the juice. - 100% Single Origin - Mechanically Cold-Pressed - Supporting Local Families.

Our trees are planted 10m apart to give deep roots room to breathe. Happy trees mean better fruit, tended by families who know every branch.

Our hills are too steep for robots. We harvest by hand with traditional poles at the precise moment, early green for the spicy kick, and late purple for the buttery smooth.

The Press

The clock starts ticking the moment we pick. We press within hours, never using heat or chemicals, to capture the raw, grassy punch of pure olive juice.
