Like a sprinkle of flaky salt or the squeeze of a good condiment, Drizzle adds a big pop of flavor right before you dig in. (That’s why it’s called a finishing oil!) Drizzle’s flavors are sensitive, though, so keep it off the heat.
Slice each egg in half and scoop the yolks into a bowl. Add mayo, relish, 1 tsp Dijon, and 1 tsp yellow mustard. Mash until smooth and season with salt and pepper. Spoon into a piping bag or plastic bag with the corner snipped and refrigerate.
Grab three shallow bowls and in them put: Flour, 2 remaining eggs, lightly beaten with ½ tsp Dijon, ½ tsp yellow mustard, salt + pepper, A mix of Ritz, panko, garlic powder, parsley, cayenne (if using), salt + pepper
Take each empty egg white, dip it in the flour, then the egg wash, then into the crumb mixture. Press gently so it sticks. Place on a tray and brush both sides with Sauve - Extra Virgin Cooking Olive Oil
Brush or drizzle Sauve onto the air fryer basket so nothing sticks. Arrange the breaded egg whites in a single layer (don’t crowd!) and cook at 390°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
Pipe the yolk mixture into the crispy egg whites. Finish with a dash of paprika, dill, a squeeze of Intenso and enjoy!
