OVERVIEW Welcome to Pedro! Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pedro. We provide this website and our products to you, the customer, based on the understanding that olive oil is a tool for the kitchen, not a trophy for the shelf.

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with our "Source-First" approach or these terms, you probably shouldn't use our services.

SECTION 1 - THE PEDRO STANDARD

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions at our store.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS & "LA TIERRA MANDA"

  • The Reality of the Harvest: Our oil is unblended and single-origin. Because La Tierra Manda (The Earth Rules), natural variations in color or flavor may occur between harvests.

  • Accuracy: We make every effort to display our products accurately, but we do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased will meet every personal expectation—especially if you are used to flavorless, industrial supermarket blends.

  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time based on the harvest volume from our independent Málaga mills.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & PRICING

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice, reflecting the reality of independent farming.

  • The "No Singles" Strategy: While we offer single bottles, our business model relies on Bundles to maintain fairness and sustainability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Usage: You agree that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING & THE "BOUNCE"

We are not liable for delivery delays outside our control. Once we transfer the products to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. However, because our bottles are built to bounce rather than shatter like glass, we will work with you to resolve any rare issues of damage during transit.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including the "Squeezy Revolution" branding, our farm-direct photography, and the Pedro logo, is owned by us. You may use our services for personal use, but you may not reproduce or exploit any part of the Pedro brand without our written consent.

SECTION 6 - FEEDBACK & REVIEWS

If you send us feedback or reviews (like through our Judge.me integration), you grant us a perpetual license to use that feedback to improve the Pedro experience. We reserve the right to remove content we deem offensive or unlawful.

SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
