The Pedro Guarantee

We respect the hard work that goes into every bottle—from the rugged hills of Málaga to your kitchen. While we want you to squeeze abundantly, we have to be clear about the rules of the road.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Our bottles are built to bounce, but the post can be a contact sport. Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong bottle, contact us immediately at brothers@itspedro.co so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Because we sell perishable food products, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or used. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you aren't a fan of the punchy, green flavor of our unblended Picual, we suggest gifting the bottle to a friend who appreciates the good stuff.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the unopened item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipping into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The same "unopened and unused" conditions apply.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved. If it is, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
