We aren’t a faceless industrial factory. We are a family-run operation sourcing from independent mills in Málaga. We ship our oil from our UK hub directly to your kitchen, ensuring the "Source-First" journey is as short and transparent as possible.

Rates & Thresholds

We believe olive oil should be used abundantly, not treated like a precious artifact. To make that easier, we’ve structured our shipping to reward the "Squeezy Revolution":

  • Standard Shipping: £3.60 for all orders under £30.

  • Free Shipping: All orders £30 and over ship for free.

Timing & Tracking

  • Processing: We typically process orders within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery: Once your oil leaves our UK warehouse, expect it at your door within 1–3 business days.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your order is scanned in by the carrier.

The "Bounce" Factor

We ditched glass because it’s heavy, fragile, and a "carbon nightmare" to ship. Our UV-coated, chef-grade bottles are built to be used in high-intensity kitchens. If your order arrives and somehow managed not to "bounce" during transit, take a photo and email the brothers at brothers@itspedro.co immediately.
